Mother's Day

Those moments you see eye to eye with your child, those are the intrinsic rewards of motherhood.

Of course, there are other moments, but that is what makes the one pictured above even more meaningful.

Today is a day to celebrate mothers. A day to be grateful for the gift of your own mother. A day to be grateful for the gift of motherhood if you are a mother.

In celebration- here is to Mother's Day.

Today is also a day to offer a listening ear or a prayer for someone for whom this day brings a mix of emotions. Mothers missing children. Children missing mothers. Those who long to be mothers, but are not.
