Overwhelmed

This is not swimming lessons but it might as well be. In over your head. Overwhelmed. Most have all been there, are there. The important thing is not to stay there. Drowning. But how? Few things are quite as paralyzing as being overwhelmed. A friend of mine, who happens to be a counselor, reently gifted me with some good advise wrapped up in one single word.
