Vessel for Use

If I were to pick, I would choose to be a useful vessel by having all my ducks in neat little rows. More often however, I find that I am faced with situations I would rather not be handed, situations I cannot handle. Rather than display how God has worked all things out, I have the opportunity to display faith that God is working all things out. Though it is tempting to search for a way out of difficulty, a better option is to open my hands to what is, fixing my mind on what is to come. God is faithful, and a Rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. May my heart praise Him, no matter what kind of a day I am handed.
