Coronovirus and Countdown to Easter

There is anxiety and excitement in the air. We hold our breath, in hopes not to inhale any coronovirus floating around, yet we exhale knowing that He whose resurrection we will soon celebrate is still the King of Kings.

I would not even know where to begin in regards to the heartache and hardship, that caused by coronovirus, and that which has been present but perhaps we are not always aware of. Yet, as we pray for God, who is ever present, to make His presence known, let's celebrate how He has already revealed Himself to us and provided for us. I know you likely aren't going anywhere in the next two weeks, and you just may have time for an Easter Countdown.

Countdown to Easter!

Copy and print the countdown. Cut on the lines and use the strips of paper to make a paper chain. (Write #1 on day 1, #2 on day 2 etc. so when you staple or tape the chain together so your days are ordered accordingly). Each day open a chain and choose an activity. There will be a bible verse to go with the Easter Story and passages for further reading if desired. There will also be an active activity, a giving activity, a game idea (you can make up your own if you don’t like ours), or think-outside-your-box challenge as well. Happy Week before Easter!!!!
