Letting go (of those we love)

Letting go is hard. It is no wonder we all resonate with Elsa's famous song from the movie Frozen. We like to hang on to what we like to hang onto, especially the people we love. They are gifts for us to hold, sometimes for a long time, sometimes not for as long as we would like.
