Still.

You might be wondering...if I am still here. I am still here, but here is a different place. Cross country move. Mix of emotions and activity. God is leading for which I am grateful.

I have a rule that before anything goes on the moving truck it must pass two questions. One- Is it functional and in good working condition? Two- Is it nourishing to the soul?

I have a rule for things that I carry into our new home via my heart as well. Let's just say that getting rid of the unwanted stuff in my house is much easier than unloading the pride and anxiety in my heart.

I pray to be still. Still enough to trust, that what I am not or cannot do, God can. Still enough to remember that in all that changes, He does not. Still enough to clear more room for Him, not in a house but in a heart.
