It was always my mom's favorite holiday.

This is not the first Thanksgiving we will not be physically together to celebrate.

Still, it is different knowing she is not just a few states away, but an eternity-waiting away.

This year I still want to celebrate with her. I thought, what will she say this year when it is her turn to say what she is thankful for. Makes me think of giving thanks in a new way to the Giver of all good things...because in Christ we have many good things waiting of which we can be thankful for.
