Then Again..

I planned to be nothing but P.L.E.A.S.I.N.G. to my Heavenly Father this year. I planned to choose Peace even though I would change my circumstances if I could. I planned to not lose sight of His Love for me despite how I feel. I planned to Empty myself of my own plans and expectations, to Align my desires to His, to be completely Surrendered to Him. I planned to be Intentional about how I live and to be Nourished in Him. The part about being intentional about how I live and finding nourishment in Him fell apart one night when my anxious heart met up with some chocolate. Still, I planned to be Grateful and I am choosing to be grateful despite my failures. I do not have to be perfect because He is. Perfect in all ways including love, compassion and forgiveness. With God, not only can every year be a new start, every moment can. We call on Him because there is no one like Him....and because of His grace we can. Read on...
