Trust in The Moments

Sometimes we walk on mountain tops sometimes we walk through fire

Every step we walk with God He wants to lift us higher

High above the heartaches and the trials we sometimes feel

High above the pain and the regrets that seem so real

Sometimes we feel accomplished, as on life’s road we climb

Other times we feel as if we are a step behind

In both our triumphs and defeats, our sunshine and our rain

God reaches down and draws us close, He never wastes a pain

So we praise Him for the mountain tops which fill our hearts with praise

And we trust Him in the valleys when we wonder of His ways

We walk in faith and He provides the grace we need to climb

He will turn our mourning into dancing in His time

We rest upon God’s goodness, His promises we claim

Yesterday, today, forever, us is the same

We place our hand in His hand, and filled with hope and grace

Walk step by step to Heaven where we’ll meet Him face to face

“You have turned for me my mourning into dancing;
