Perhaps today you are just feeling tired

A little worn out, and under- inspired

 

Life is full of ups and downs

Mostly smiles, but sometimes some frowns

 

A little sunshine, a little rain

A little joy, and sometimes pain

 

Here is to hoping that today

Brings you sunshine, a bright big ray

 

A little courage to help you along

A bit of a boost, to help you feel strong

 

For every down, an up that is higher

For every discouragement, hope that flies higher

 

For every thought, a dream to take wing

In every moment, a song to sing
