Tired and Tried
 

It is one thing to face a trial when you know that it soon will pass

It is another when the trial is the kind that seems to last

A trial in which you wonder if God hears the prayers you pray

In which you do not think you have the strength for one more day

I do not know the reasons, this trial was allowed to be

But I do know you can trust God, in all you yet don’t see

So I pray you just hold on, till this trial passes through

To the One who every moment, is holding onto you.
