Thinking of You (In These Moments So Tough)

​

Thinking of you in these moments so tough

And asking for you,  grace enough

 

To trust the brighter days to come

And know for sure Who your help comes from

 

May you have moments of rest from pain

And know that these moments are not in vain

 

May you somehow be able to even see

In these moments, glimpses of glory to be

 

One breath at a time, breathe in, breathe out

Breathe in goodness, breathe out doubt

 

May something thankworthy come to mind

In the moments when that might seem so hardest to find

​

Sometimes the most noteworthy thing we can do

Is just to keep on, trusting through

 

The mountains high and valleys low

The Love that will not let us go
