THANKS - Most of All

When the sun is shining down on me

When the forward way is hard to see

 

In the deepest friendships I have known

In the times when I feel all alone

 

When I can see things turn out right

When I must walk by faith not sight

 

When I don’t have worries to speak of

When worries bid me trust His love

 

I thank God for the ways that He

Reveals His character to me

 

In ways that just a Father could

He reminds me He is kind and good

 

I thank God how through words unspoken

I can sense Him in the broken

 

Using my most trying hour

To reveal His love and power

 

I could name a hundred ways

I 've been blessed through my days

 

From simple things like a cozy bed

To the best of books which I have read

 

But most of all I thank God for

Revealing Himself more and more

 

And the untapped treasures still to find

As I am His, and He is mine.

 

But now thus says the LORD, he who created you, O Jacob, he who formed you, O Israel: 

“Fear not for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name, you are mine.”
