Missing Baby at Christmas

It’s that time of year

When Christmas carols start

 

Baby in a manger

Baby in your heart

 

A child who became a Savior

Heaven, to us to give

 

A child you longed to hold in arms

Who now is held in His

 

May the Christ of Christmas

Bring what only He can bring

 

Everlasting hope and peace

‘Midst pain and suffering

 

That even in our sadness

We could know the peace He gives

 

As we trust Him for the life beyond this life

He came to give

 

He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more,neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away." And he who was seated on the throne said, "Behold, I am making all things new."   Revelations 21:4-5a
