I’ve a message here from Heaven it’s from Daddy’s Little Girl

She sends it wrapped in ribbons and she sends it with a twirl

 

She says Happy Father’s Day to you, I thank you graciously

For being all I could have ever hoped a dad could be

 

I know today you miss me, and I would miss you too

But Heaven, it is perfect, no one’s ever sad or blue

 

I’m singing and I’m dancing and I’m joyful and I’m free

In Heaven I’m as happy as you’d ever hoped I’d be

The love of the Heavenly Father, who cares so much for you
