Claiming Truth!

I am afraid of…

“The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The LORD is the stronghold of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?” Psalm 27:1

I could use some help here…

“For I the LORD your God, hold your right hand; it is I who say to you, ‘Fear not, I am the one who helps you.’” Isaiah 41:13

The anxiety seems endless…

“..do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:6,7

It is one thing after another, everything is going against me…

“..This I know, that God is for me.” Psalm 56:9

I feel alone and frustrated…

“..for he has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” Hebrews 13:5

“And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Helper, to be with you forever, even the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees him nor knows him. You know him, for he dwells with you and will be in you.”

John 14:16,17

Frankly, I am scared…

“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.” John 14:27. “

"‘Do not fear, only believe.’” Mark 5:36.

“Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” Isaiah 41:10.

“When I am afraid, I put my trust in you.” Psalm 56:3

I am altogether whelmed...

“When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you. “. Isaiah 43:2

”When the cares of my heart are many, your consolations cheer my soul” Psalm 94:19

I just don’t have the strength…

“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” Psalm 46:1

My life will never be the same… 

“I will restore Israel to his pasture, and he shall feed on Carmel and in Bashan, and his desire shall be satisfied on the hills of Ephraim and in Gilead.” Jeremiah 50:19

Things will always be hard…

“Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” Matthew 11:29,30

I will not be able to be the person I want to be or need to be for others…

 “Woe to him who strives with him who formed him, a pot among earthen pots! Does the clay say to him who forms it, ‘What are you making?’ Or ‘Your work has no handles’?” Isaiah 45: 9 

”But he said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’ “2 Corinthians 12:9

It is hopeless...

”For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.” Jeremiah 29:11

I cannot do this anymore, I am done…

“I can do all things through him who strengthens me.” Philippians 4:13
